Breakfast -Vanilla yogurt mixed with high fiber instant oatmeal.
-Coffee w/ milk
Lunch -2 Egg whites mixed with veggies and a slice of 25 calorie cheese.
-Broccoli pita
-water
Dinner -Turkey burger
-green beans
-2 tp. of baked beans
-ice tea
Snack Layers of blueberries and raspberries, vanilla yogurt and cereal.
