| Comments/Questions? | Walked 5 miles yesterday...it was really hot! Tried 1 mile during the day and did the rest after dinner. One of my goals is to get back to journaling my food but this is embarrassing. Sorry PINK I am helping with the miles but starting off bad on the weight challange. I will do better today...promise. |
