Lunch cottage cheese/banana/melon/cin
Dinner chicken breast sauteed with mushrooms and onions
Snack Protein shake after run
pumpkin delight
Comments/Questions? Power yoga a.m.
speed work 8 x400's :)) cold out but felt good on the lungs!
