Breakfast tomato/1 egg -2egg whites/rye bread
Lunch protein bar
Dinner shrimp with veggies/salsa and some tortilla chips- hungry by the time I cooked
Snack taste of taco meat/cheese- haven't had red meat in a long time
Comments/Questions? 1 1/2 mile warm up- pretty tight and sore
6 x 800's
1 mile cool down
