bowl cereal w/ almond milk
Lunch carton yogurt (130 calories)
Chicken breast w/ feta cheese and capers
Dinner Stir fry veggies w/ 1/2 salmon patty
3 bites of son's subsandwich (not the bread)
Snack Muffin (130 calories)
1 pkg. tuna w/ 1/2 cup cottage cheese (180 calories)
Comments/Questions? Trying to eat a little earlier even if it is not w/ the rest of the family. Can sit down w/ them and have a cup of tea. (this is where I had few bites of sub sandwich, will actually save a little food next time and eat that w/ them)
