Lunch cottage cheese/lemon yogurt/grapes/walnuts
Dinner salad/spinach veggies/olives/1 1/2 hard boiled eggs/vinegar/olive oil
Snack apple/almonds
1slice wheat bread/1tsp peanut butter strawberries
