Chix Food Journal Lora Strader

Breakfast 1 piece whole grain toast w/ 1 Tbl peanut butter
1 banana
Lunch Salad w/ chicken, cranberries, feta, walnuts, drizzle of raspberry dressing

1/2 cup cottage cheese
Dinner 1 slice pizza (pretty big one actually)
Snack fruit and nut granola bar
snack mix--3/4 cup
Comments/Questions? not great start however i think my calories were decent. I need to add lot's of water and will start that tomorrow morning. I am tired this evening and sore, but feel good!
