Lunch Steak & Shake grilled chicken salad
4 saltine crackers

10 JoAnn fabric after diner mints (48 calories!)
Dinner Boneless - skinless chicken breast
brown rice
fruit salad
water
Snack apple
late afternoon Granny snacks w/ Grandaughter -
1/2 PBJ sand. on wheat bread -
and 1/2 graham cracker w/ 1/2 cup 2% milk
Comments/Questions? Boot camp was a workout - but shopping with Deanne was a workout too!
