Breakfast pre-bootcamp - 10 raw almonds & 1 banana
after-bootcamp - activia yogurt w/Fiber One cereal.
coffee w/creamer
Lunch turkey sausage w/potatoes and cabbage
1 lite cheese stick
red grapfruit
Dinner 1/2 chicken panini with goat cheese
2 baked potato wedges
1 kiwi
Snack 1 small piece of cake without frosting. It was thick and looked too rich for me, so I only ate the cake part.

Weight Watchers Fudge bar
