Breakfast egg/lavash1/2 - tomato
Lunch subway grilled chicken/dragged throught the garden- thank you my friend:)
Dinner fiber one/skim milk/strawberries/banana
Snack 1 graham cracker
dry cereal- not the best food day- my fridge is now up and running:)))))
