Comments/Questions? 1496 total calories. Ran tethered to a great group of ladies. I think we did a little over 2 miles. I was confused at how many miles running to the hwy and back to the other stop sign was. Today I started counting all of my calories and writing everything down. I shopped and I am prepared to pack and plan my meals!
