Comments/Questions? I know I can't do this without logging. I walked 4 miles this morning and did 50 push ups. I miss you all so much. REALLY fighting the sugar I put into my body today. Trying Rebekah's plan on loading up on protein tomorrow...that has worked for me in the past.
