Lunch Zucchini, squash, onions, garlic, tomatoes and mushrooms sauted in a little EVOO
ff cottage cheese
1/2 C pasta
Dinner Uh-Oh-poor planning, or lack of!!
Chex out of chex mix (store bought)
cantaloupe
Snack string cheese (2)
popcorn
