Breakfast pre BC - banana & 10 raw almonds
after BC -oatmeal raisin to go bar
Lunch Salmon salad with mandarin oranges, pecans, green peppers, onions, cucumbers
honey mustard dressing on the side. I only used 1/2 the serving.
Dinner Subway turkey on wheat with mustard, lettuce, tomato, green peppers and cucumbers
shared sun chips with Jenna
Snack Cliff oatmeal/raisin bar
1/2 C Kix cereal with 2% milk
