Lunch 1 joseph's pita w/ chicken, avacado, salsa and small bit goat cheese
Dinner 1 cup vegetable soup
1 wasa cracker w/ cheese
small amount chex mix
Snack 1/2 banana w/ peanut butter
black jelly beans (not good choice I know)
