Breakfast 3 egg whites/mushroom/onion/laughing cow/lavash
Lunch protein bar
pumpkin delight
Dinner yogurt/berries/fiber one/walnuts
bag of veggies
Snack had 2 more meals packed that I didn't eat- hardly ever happens that I loose my appetite.
