Comments/Questions? I was having a horrible food snack day today. I ate 4 peanut butter cookies and 2 Reeses minutures. After I ate them for some reason I felt better and told myself I needed something sweet. It was almost like a relief after I ate them. I haven't felt that way before. I've been feeling tired, swollen from excess salt, have had a headache and cranky. I hope I can get back on track very soon!
