Lunch Turkey Breast w/ a dab of BBQ sauce, carrots, grape tomato & cauliflower
1 bite of taco salad
Dinner Stuffed portabello mushroom w/ crab, LC cheese, onion and spices
small salad w/ grape tomatos and lite dressing
Snack 2 turkey sticks and mini babybel cheese
a couple of spoonfuls of cake mix
Comments/Questions? very proud of myself - went to a funeral dinner and was very careful what I ate.
approx 1100 calories
