2 Turkey snack sticks w/ mini babybel
1 Almond bark cookie
6 RF wheat thins w/ cheese
Comments/Questions? approx 1353 calories
ran 7 miles -
couldn't get full today - snacked a lot - I need to stop the "bad" snacking
