1/2 bagel thin w/ pb2
Lunch 1/2 lavash veggie wrap-veggies and provolone cheese
small bit of mixed nuts
Dinner big salad (did have few croutons on it)
turkey
few wheat thins
Snack thin slices ham lunchmeat
black olives
grapes
