Lunch small salad, 1/4 cup of crock pot pasta w/ground turkey
Dinner a homemade healthier version of jumbalaya made w/turkey sausage and shrimp
Snack very small piece of lemon cake (approx 2 by 2)
Comments/Questions? work lunch function-was told it would be a healthy one today....NOT
