Breakfast egg white, ham, and cheese on WW english muffin
Lunch chicken breast (no skin), green beans, and 2 bites of mashed potato
Dinner cup of chicken enchilla soup w/a tomato base and 1/2 of shaved turkey, onion, lettuce, cheese on WW bread (did not eat all of either)
Snack 100 calories of goldfish and 1 SF peppermint patty
