Dinner 4 oz gr chicken tenderloins w/ mushrooms and onions
1 c rice
carrots
green beans
=508 cals
Snack 3 oz carrots w/ laughing cow=70 cals
16 oz NF latte= 180 cals
1c oatmeal w/tbsp dried cherries=203 cals
Comments/Questions? Total Calories= 1751 pretty close to 1800
Got home late from shopping that I forgot to journal. My body is sore today from all the running around in the wind we did yesterday.
