Breakfast veggie omelet with piece of whole wheat toast teaspoon of jam.
Lunch chicken with green pepper and onions
Dinner 3 pieces of pizza (sausage and cheese)
Snack banana, peanuts, popcorn with a pepsi at the movies with handful of jr mints
Comments/Questions? "ran" 6 miles this morning with some awesome ladies...thanks so much for all the encouraging words ladies:)
