after run: 1/2 banana. egg whites w/ broccoil, cauliflower, mushrooms.
Lunch green salad w/ tuna, radishes, celery, sundried tomatoes, ff cottage cheese, evoo/vinegar.
strawberries
Dinner baked perch w/ lemon pepper
green salad w/ veggies, ff cottage cheese, evoo/vinegar
grapes
Snack midmorning:24 natural almonds
after work: sm handful sunflower seeds
Comments/Questions? 1 mile w/u, 4x800's, 1 mile c/d. little over 4 miles total.
