Breakfast 1 whole grain berries pancake with 1 tbsp SF syrup
1/2 egg whites veggie omelet
=300 cals
Lunch large salad with veggies, little dressing
2 small muffins
orange slices
SF choc. mousse
couple bites of soup- couldn't find any i liked
Dinner 4 oz gr chicken tenderloins w/ mushrooms and onions
1 c rice
carrots
green beans
Snack carrots
SPecial K bar
starbucks tall skinny latte
starbucks tall tea latte- i was stinking cold out!!
