Breakfast 1 egg w/ fresh mushrooms, onion & green pepper
1 cup coffee
Lunch (Applebee's under 550 cal menu)
3 oz. sirloin grilled and topped with shrimp and served broccoli fresh bruschetta, sliced almonds and chopped parsley.
Dinner Field greens tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette with strawberries, red grapes and candied walnuts topped with goat cheese.
