Lunch 1/2 AMY ORGANIC PIZZA (CHEESE) ADDED SOME BROCCOLI AND CANNED MUSHROOMS TO IT.
Dinner COOK YOURSELF THIN HOT WINGS NO FRYING OF THEM. ATE LOTS SO I DIDNT HAVE ROOM FOR ANYTHING ELSE 5 WING HAVE 260 CALORIES I HAD LIKE TEN. :)
Snack OTHER HALF OF AMY S PIZZA AND AN APPLE.
Comments/Questions? NEED TO GET BACK TO SPARKS PEOPLE DIET. I DO BETTER WHEN I HAVE A DAILY MENU.
