Dinner 2 CUPS WEIGHT WATCHERS POTATOE SOUP (GOT FROM CUSTOMER) MADE WITH POTATOES BROCCLI CHICKEN BROTH MILK AND A 1/4 SOUR CREAM. 1 CORN MUFFIN
Snack GRAPES. LEFT OUT ON TABLE AND MUNCHED WHEN I WALKED THUR KITCHEN
Comments/Questions? RODE RECUMBANT BIKE 30 MIN AND DID A KETTLEBALL WORK OUT. SHOULDERS FEEL BETTER AS LONG AS I DONT KEEP HANDS OVER MY HEAD FOR A LONG TIME. THAT IS WHEN THEY ACHE. :(
