Dinner Chef salad
(lettuce, shredded cheese 1/2 oz, 3 green olives, 1 oz. turkey 1 T dressing)
Snack apple/peanut butter
yogurt/fruit
hot cider
Comments/Questions? Band workout with "my people", water down, stuck with my planned menu. Great day...looking forward to Sun. workout!!
