Snack 2 clementines and light string cheese
100 calorie pack of almonds3 pieces of sugar free fat free candy
Comments/Questions? i ate approx 1400 calorie's today

i also worked out 4 fast miles with leslie sansone and the firm hidefsculpt with intervals
