spinach/olives/grn onion
1/2 lavash w/smidge of butter
Lunch oatmeal w/protei powder
Dinner 1/2 lavash/turkey/spinach/shred carrots/evoo/vinegar

1 1/2 c. tomato soup
Snack yogurt/cottage cheese

protein shake
