1 pc whole grain toast w/ I cant belv is not butter

Lunch 1/2 PB sand on wheat bread
banana
oatmeal & rasin granola bar
Dinner 1/2 cup granola ceral
2% milk
sand thin w/ I cant belv its not butter
Snack walnuts
apple
banana
Comments/Questions? power on & off - then off for a few hours so I did not have the computer or electric stove - (I should have gone to Deannes - she always has good healthy food!)
