Breakfast pre bc- banana

post 1/4 c egg beaters, 1sl T Bacon
Lunch Grilled chix salad - chix, lettuce, tomato, 1 sl onion, little shredded cheese w/ french dressing (dipped fork into dressing)
Dinner nothing - was out and got home late
Snack mini babybel light orange
Almonds
baked pita chips and hummas
3 captain and diet (in a six hour time which is very good for me)
