Chix Food Journal Lora Strader

Breakfast egg beater omelet w/ loads of spinach and yellow pepper in it, touch of feta cheese
Lunch 1 piece whole grain toast w/ pb2 and banana
1/2 cup granola w/ almond milk
Dinner 1/3 chicken breast w/ capers
large salad w/ mixed greens w/ avacado, oranges, touch of dressing
Snack string cheese
2 small dill pickles
bite of sweet potato (saving rest for tomorrow breakfast I think)
