Chix Food Journal Lora Strader

Breakfast oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana
Lunch 2 cups roasted cauliflower
slice of ham
Dinner 1/2 lavash w/ turkey, spinach, green pepper, onion, and small bit of cheese

2 buffalo chicken bites
Snack 4 crackers w/ cheese
blueberries (1/3 cup)
2 glasses red wine
Comments/Questions? shouldn't have had the red wine!

great workout--felt good to sweat that much!
