Breakfast 2 eggs scrambled w/sprinkle of cheese wrapped in a half of lavash
Lunch 1/2 cup homemade chicken soup w/veggies and chicken breast and a 4 inch veggie sandwich w/cheese and avacado spread
Dinner 4 oz chicken breast and steamed veggies
Snack about 5 walnuts (last of bag) and 100 calories of animal crackers
