Lunch 3/4 cup WW penne pasta w/garlic and olive oil and 1 half of WW bun w/garlic and LF butter spread
Dinner WW lasagna noodles w/FF ricotta and cottage cheese and tomato sprinkled w/cheese
Snack fiber one yogurt w/a few dark chocolate chips
