Dinner 11/2c baked shrimp with tomatoes and feta( REALLY GOOD)
1/2c brown rice

Snack 3 oz baby carrots=35 cals
3 stalks of celery w/laughing cow wedge=53 cals
1 orange=45 cals
1/4c almonds and 1/4 dried cherries=340 cals
Comments/Questions? Total calories=1506
No birthday cake for me. I even made a Banana Split Brownie Pizza with my patients today at work and didnt eat one bite of it. It looked good though. Ask Amy she saw the picture I took. Hope it pays off on the scale tomorrow:)
