Breakfast 1 c oatmeal with 1 tbsp dried cherries and 1tbsp almonds
1 banana

Lunch 4 oz baked chicken in a josephs pita with lettuce and cucumber
1 c grapes
20 lavash chips
2 tbsp hummus
=452 cals
Dinner Awesome Taco Salad w/1/4 gr turkey, lettuce, tomato, blk olives, gr onion, sprinkle of cheese, 5 baked tostitos, 2 tbsp light western dressing and guacamole made with 1/2 avocado......so good im having it for lunch tomorrow:)
=360 cals
Snack 6 celery sticks=10 cals
6 turkey sausage bites=80 cals
Comments/Questions? Total calories=1232
Did 10k Monday plan....though I walked the whole thing. My legs are killing me. Sitting on the toliet is getting to be ruff:)
