Breakfast veggies with 1egg and 1 eggwhite...1 piece whole grain toast
Lunch 6 inch turkey no cheese on honey oat bread with apple slices
Dinner flat out pizza with green olives, peppers and onion sprinkle of cheese.. about 275 cal
Snack banana almonds
cheese stick
almonds and yogurt
