Breakfast broccoli, onion and eggwhites piece of whole grain bread with smidge of jam
Lunch beef jerkey with some almonds (was on the move)
Dinner broccoli onions with chicken--no rice for me
Snack banana with almonds in the am
cheese stick
yogurt almonds in the pm
Comments/Questions? That Sunday work out really got me jazzed up this week:)
