| Comments/Questions? | enjoyed the early morning run with Lori and Jeana :-) then did a 30 min. cd work out w/weights for upper body and abs (ouch) looking forward to tomorrows run! Question: is it 15 X your weight minus 500 for 1# a week weight loss, or 12 X? I have now heard both and I am confused! With all I do eat, I still am barely getting in 1300 cals.. |
