1 tbls cilantro salsa
LC queso cheese wedge
coffee
Lunch 2 oz chicken
1 cup soup
1 home made pumpkin muffin
Dinner 2oz lamb burger
WG sandwich thin
1 oz pepper jack cheese
veggie salad
Snack 430 am protein mix

11 protein shake

3pm sm banana

7 yogurt/fruit/nuts
Comments/Questions? enjoyed the early morning run with Lori and Jeana :-) then did a 30 min. cd work out w/weights for upper body and abs (ouch)

Question: is it 15 X your weight minus 500 for 1# a week weight loss, or 12 X? I have now heard both and I am confused! With all I do eat, I still am barely getting in 1300 cals..
