| Comments/Questions? | was able to walk 2 miles @ 4.3 mph and be pain free! rest tomorrow and will try to incorporate some running on Monday. just a funny note..I realized that I was NOT 54 going on 55, that it is 55 soon to be 56.. oh well... at least I feel younger then I am :-) |
