Breakfast old fashion oatmeal
1/2 sm banana
blueberries
1/2 c almond milk
Lunch pumpernickle bread
2 tbls hummus
1 c soup
Dinner 5oz roasted chicken breast
1/2 sm yam
big veggie salad
Snack oj with splash of lime juice
baby bel
pre run/walk protein
yogurt w/fresh fruit

I celebrated my pain free leg with 1x1 inch piece brownie w/1/2 tsp homemade peanut butter...yumm..
Comments/Questions? was able to walk 2 miles @ 4.3 mph and be pain free! rest tomorrow and will try to incorporate some running on Monday.

just a funny note..I realized that I was NOT 54 going on 55, that it is 55 soon to be 56.. oh well... at least I feel younger then I am :-)
