Snack 430 am 1/2 protein bar
10 am protein shake w/water
3 pm 1/2 protein bar
7 pm yogurt w/fresh fruit
Comments/Questions? right around 1300 calories today

great bootcamp and then I was able
to go 2 miles walking with NO pain in my quad.. think I will rest Sat and Sun and hit it Mon with the ladies.. so excited to get back to running!!!
