veggie salad with cilantro salsa
LC cheese
Snack 430 am pre workout protein
10 am mid morn protein shake
3pm sm. banana w/few peanuts
7pm yogurt w/fresh fruit
Comments/Questions? loved the yoga this morn! been on the go since 345 am and ready to kick the old feet up for a few before I finish out the eve! looking forward to tomorrow's workout!
