tonight yogurt w/fruit

Comments/Questions? was limited with work out this morn, but spent 1.5 hours chipping away with shovel and crow bar and removed 4-6 inches of ice from my sidewalk 18 inches wide and 12 ft. long... i am tired! but feel good
