Chix Food Journal donna stutz

Breakfast egg/beater
eggplant & other veggies
sauteed in tsp coconut oil
1 lean bacon
coffee
Lunch 1 c coconut rice pilaf

1 chocolate cookie.. i felt i needed one, so i did :-)
Dinner 1 cup roasted butternut squash & carrot soup only 180 cals & 6 grams protein!

salmon
sm salad
rye bread
Snack sm banana
2 tbs peanut butter

yogurt w/fresh blueberries

nuts
dried apricot
Comments/Questions? sure missed workout today :-( just knew if i went i would over-do and i can not afford that now! looking forward to tuesday!
