egg, spinach, asparagus, green onion, red pepper cooked in 1 tsp. coconut oil
1/2 piece bacon
coffee
Lunch black beans
cauliflower

Dinner 4 oz roast loin pork
1/2 sm yam
lettuce/spinach salad
roasted veggies
Snack post run recovery drink

yogurt with fresh blueberries and 1 oz walnuts/almond mix
