chipotle salsa
cooked in 1 tsp coconut oil
Lunch cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 small banana
Dinner tofu
with large veggie salad
Snack pre-run protein drink
2 tbls hummus
2 slices of party size pumpernickle
other half of small banana
Comments/Questions? 2 miles in 23 minutes

stress level little high so did not want to push myself too much today. looking forward to long run on saturday morning! my goal is at least 6 miles..
